Official Contest Rules and Regulations

CONTEST OVERVIEW AND ENTRY DETAILS:

• The Rock the Proposal 2020 contest (known as The Contest) will run March 9, 2020 and will conclude on May 14, 2020.
• One (1) winner will be chosen at random and contacted directly on or before May 18^th, 2020.
• No purchase or consideration necessary to enter the contest. Making a purchase will not increase odds of winning.
• Contest entry deemed by fully completing entry form with receipt of Confirmation Email upon completion.
• Entries will not be judged or weighed – winner solely chosen based on random drawing.
• Contest is in no way sponsored or administered by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform.
• One (1) grand prize winner chosen by representatives of Grogan Jewelers by Lon.

PRIZE PACKAGE:

• Two (2) VIP Tickets to Pepsi Rock the South 2020 plus one (1) Premium On Site Parking Pass
• Grogan Jewelers by Lon engagement ring and wedding band set – valued at $3,500.00.
  • Winner will be contacted directly by a representative of Grogan Jewelers by Lon on or just after May 18 to set up a day and time to pick up the 2 VIP Tickets + Parking Pass as well as receive the engagement and wedding band set.
• Winner must propose on stage at Pepsi Rock the South 2020 in order to fully qualify the winning contract of this contest.
  • Details to be discussed and determined by representatives of Grogan Jewelers by Lon and the winner.
  • Engagement ring and wedding band set (valued at $3,500.00) will be forfeited if on stage proposal is not implemented.
